Michael O'Beirne

Managing Director

 

Michael O’Beirne is Managing Director for Radnor-Wallace. In this capacity, Michael is responsible for managing the strategy, organizational, operational and support directives of the business. During his 30+ year career with Radnor-Wallace, Michael has gained significant experience in managing software system design and development, implementation, integrations and customer support. 

 

Michael’s background includes 30+ years of extensive experience in the training administration and learning management systems industry with Radnor-Wallace. His roles in this space have included: business process consulting, software design, training, project and account management, marketing, sales and end user support. Mike has worked with and managed accounts, within a wide range of business types and sizes. A few current accounts include: CVS Pharmacy, McKesson Corporation, Honeywell, Ricoh, MTA/MNR Railroad and the National Institutes of Health.

 

Previously, Michael held managerial positions in HR Management, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits and Management Development for R.H. Macy & Company, Seton Leather and Schlumberger

Industries. He earned a B.S. degree in Industrial Relations from Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ, and post graduate training from New York University Cornell School of IR/LR in human resources. He played professional baseball for the New York Mets and Toronto Blue Jay organizations. Michael currently operates out of the Radnor-Wallace’s main office, in Huntington, NY.

Paul Russo

Senior Technical Consultant

 

Paul Russo is a Senior Technical LMS Consultant with Radnor-Wallace. Paul has an accomplished 25 year background in Learning Management System design, development, migrations, integrations and technical project management. He has a B.S. from University of Delaware, Newark, DE and is currently based in Timonium, MD.

 

Paul blends his LMS product development experience with an extensive technology background. He has applied his knowledge of databases, web technologies, and interoperability standards on several large scale development assignments.


Paul entered the learning technology arena in 1997, when he was appointed as the Chief Sales Engineer for the TrainingServer LMS Software. He later moved on to become the Product Manager for the KnowledgePlanet LMS, where he was responsible for managing the development and maintenance of the KnowledgePlanet Learning Content System. Since coming to Radnor-Wallace in 2002, Paul has been working with LMS platforms, in the design, development, enhancements and support of the LMS applications.


Paul has worked with major organizations in addressing their functional and technical needs, to better align the workflow and output of their TrainingServer LMS. His technologist role for Radnor-Wallace is supported by his strong business analyst capabilities, and knowledge of the LMS landscape. Additionally, Paul has expert knowledge of the Oracle and MS SQL databases. He has implemented seamless LDAP authentication and performed 3rd party integrations with several major vendors.

 

During his time with Radnor-Wallace, Paul has performed assignments for major clients including CVS Pharmacy, McKesson Corporation, Navy Personnel Command Bureau, US Fish and Wildlife Service, National Park Service, Metro-North Railroad, Enterprise Products, and Pfizer Global Manufacturing.

Mike Kinlein

Senior Technical Consultant

 

Michael Kinlein is a Senior Technical LMS Consultant for Radnor-Wallace. He has a B.S. in Marketing from Clemson University, Clemson, SC. Mike has an accomplished 22 year background in Learning Management System implementations, migrations, integrations and technical project management. He is based in Denver, CO.

 

As a Senior Technical Consultant for Radnor-Wallace and predecessors, Michael has worked with over 50 customers from both the public and private sectors, in a cross section of industry sectors. As a multi-skilled engineer, he has also performed LMS application development and LMS database modifications. His coding languages include: MS .asp, .net, VB, C#, Cold Fusion, java, java script and html. Mike is an accomplished Crystal Reports developer and has strong SQL skills. He has successful deployed many critical 3rd party integrations with the LMS. 

 

Mike has worked as a Senior Technical Consultant with THINQ Learning Solutions, Baltimore MD from March 1999 to December 2003. During this time he independently planned, managed and delivered organization-wide LMS implementations, installed and configured the THINQ LMS to meet the needs of the customer, provided utilization and process reviews to help customers understand how the LMS can be used to meet their business processes, administrative and learner requirements. He has also trained customers, employees, and partners on the LMS application, configuration, and data model.

 

Since December 2003, Mike has worked with Radnor-Wallace. Since then he has formulated LMS strategies for new customers to guide them in implementing the enterprise-wide LMS for managing administration and learning. Mike has provided technical services to support the implementation, configuration and customization of the application suite. He has assisted new and existing customers in maximizing the return they receive on their LMS investment.

 

In terms of technical experience, Mike has worked with LMS Platforms like SABA, Centra/Saba Learning, THINQ, v.4 and v.5, SumTotal Solutions, Oracle and MS SQL, Cold Fusion, Java, JavaScript, XML, HTML, ASP.net., Business Objects-Crystal Reports, IIS, Tomcat, and JBoss.

Kevin Chung

Senior Technical Consultant

 

Kevin Chung is a Senior Technical Consultant for Radnor-Wallace. He received a B.S.E. in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He has 24 years of accomplishments, experience, and knowledge in the e-learning and LMS industry. Kevin has successfully worked in both the government and private sectors and within a wide variety of industries. Kevin understands the unique needs and challenges thateach organization has, and has the mix of talents to deliver upon their expectations and goals.

 

He worked as an implementation consultant for THINQ Learning Solutions, Baltimore, MD from October 1999 to April 2002. During this time he provided utilization and process reviews to help customers understand how the LMS can be used to meet their business processes, administrative and learner requirements. He also performed tasks including ColdFusion development, writing database stored procedures/triggers, user accounts and security configuration.

 

Since June 2002, Kevin has been with Radnor-Wallace. During this time he has lead and assisted in application development, coding and testing of LMS productconfigurations and customizations. His assignments include LMS implementation - application configuration and technical support, Oracle and SQLServer database administration and development and data migrations. Kevin is an Adobe ColdFusion developer, and a Business Objects/Crystal Enterprise report designer and developer.

 

Kevin heads up the Radnor-Wallace service for hosting LMS platforms. He works with clients to migrate their LMS platform to servers, hosted by Radnor-Wallace. He is responsible for the migration, implementations, service and support of applications hosted by Radnor-Wallace. Kevin has extensive knowledge and experience in server hosting outside of the client’s firewall.

 

He is experienced with database platforms IBM Informix, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL. He is also skilled in programming languages including C, C++, ColdFusion, HTML, Java, JavaScript, Objective-C, Python, XML.
